Well, I realized I cannot guarantee any sort of consistency with my posting but I did this again! Some things are best unplanned... key word "some" 😜

Wherever you are, just start. Wherever you are, just keep going. And when you want to stop, keep going even just a little bit longer. Because you want it, and you deserve it, and you owe it to yourself. by @summoves

Testing testing. I promised I'd start making content soon, so here's a mini vlog of my first outdoor run of 2026. Stick around til the end to hear some reflections and running tips 😊❄️🤍 by @summoves

Is it me who motivates you or you who motivate me? I guess it's a bit of both. Thank you for consistently showing up and giving it your all.

Week in and week out you folks never fail to bring a smile on my face. Here's us at the end of Circuit Training class this past Tuesday 🙂‍↕️ We did my "Deck of Cards" format, which is always extra fun because even I don't know what exactly we'll be doing 🤡🎲 It's such a pleasure running classes with you all and seeing you progress along your fitness journeys all while having fun!

P.S. Don, I'm sorry your face got sliced but thanks for the green light 🤣😭 by @summoves

Had a blast DJing at @habitual_fitness last weekend for our expansion party 😁
Shoutout to @dorgarr_ for sharing the best ever remake of The Wheels On The Bus 😜 and shoutout to @maheba__ for the shots 📸 by @summoves

Had so much fun playing football with this awesome community of people! Thanks so much to @ss4j.pal for organizing this wholesome tournament to raise awareness as well as funds for @gazasunbirds Looking forward to the next one!

10 months at @humberlakeshore_athletics flew by juusstt liiike that!!! I've been having an absolute blast connecting with and instructing the Humber athletics community. Even on my worst days, I feel so much better after running classes with you all. I often forget to take photos, but today I finally remembered. It's too bad we were missing half of our regular Circuit Training crew today with so many people going away for the summer, but that's alright we got many more sessions to come. We're taking August off, and I cant wait to get back at it in September! See you again soon 😊 by @summoves

I had the pleasure of running some exercise sessions with little camp-goers at the @jacentre4girls. This was a new experience for me since I primarily work with adults. It's quite different working with kids between the ages of 7-13; I had to adopt a different approach and it was really nice getting out of my comfort zone (that's the only way to develop new skills!) It's refreshing working with young minds... their energy is different and it reminded me of what it was like to be a kid. I also learned that the new generation loves K-Pop ahahaha. Thank you for the opportunity and I look forward to visiting you guys again! 😊🙏🏼🤍 by @summoves
