One thing I’m good at is day late behavior so here’s a Ballantines ode to my one and only heart bubbler, Chris Fairbanks! He’s truly one of the greatest people (on literally every level) I have known and the relationship we’ve shaped around the lumps of life and time makes me want to write poems and shit. Love makes everything better. ♥️ by @chris_fairbanks

I was out of town last week and a huge branch fell off one of her trees and she moved this giant sized branch by herself “one inch at a time”. Which sort of coincided with a life lesson she accidentally gave me growing up.

Happy day to my mama and all women who choose to be mamas to little baby humans or to adult humans or to animals or plants or community or themselves. Happy Nurturing Day to all who celebrate! ♥️♥️♥️ by @chris_fairbanks

I’m late I’m late but it’s never too late to say THANK YOU THANK YOU! to so many lovely friends who were able to come out for my birthday! It’s such a weird time to have a birthday so I always intensely appreciate when friends are available and willing to show up so hard for me! I feel/felt so loved! 💞 (not pictured but honored so much just the same @puterbaughtiff @puterbaughdani @mhinchey @fritzisdead and @thatssolampy !) taken in Silver Lake by @chris_fairbanks

Once again, my body remembered before my brain. We lost him 4 years ago today. I’ve been emotional and teary eyed all day thinking once again, that I was just being crazy. My body remembered before my brain. Just now I got dizzy, I went all tingles starting from my crown slowly to my toes. My eyes poured salty water and my throat hurled out one quiet moan. I don’t think about him very much anymore, but maybe still…just enough. But no matter my thoughts, my repressions, my doubts, my body will always remember. I am grateful. by @chris_fairbanks
