A little tour of Sunday Studio! ☀️

We know finding your way around a new space can feel a little intimidating, especially when you’re coming in for your very first class. So we wanted to give you a little walkthrough to help you feel right at home before you even walk through our doors!

📍 You can find us inside the Willhoff Building at 117 W. Main Street in Coldwater, Ohio.

Enter through the doors along Main Street, and from there:

🤍 Reformer Pilates? You’ll find our reformer studio just to your right on the first floor.

🤍 Mat Pilates, Sculpt, or Yoga? Head up the stairs to our main studio space, where you can get settled and ready for class.

Whether it’s your first visit or you just need a little refresher, we hope this makes finding your way a bit easier.

We want the moment you walk through our doors to feel welcoming, comfortable, and familiar. Because trying something new should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

Save this little tour for your first visit, and we’ll see you soon!

With this new Wednesday night class time from 7-8pm I actually had some time to move through this week’s sequence on my own before all the yogis arrived.

Here is a peek at a portion of our warm-up this week for our hot power vinyasa classes at the studio. Lots of opening of the heart and shoulders for us this week— even play with binds if you’re feeling like having some fun.

I’ve been enjoying this sequence all week- can’t wait to see you all with two more chances to move through this flow on Thursday and Saturday.

SPOOKY SOCIAL, YOU WERE A SCREAM. 👻🕸️

The costumes? Iconic.
The energy? Unmatched.
The pulses? Unfortunately, still mandatory. 💀

Our first Sunday Studio Spooky Social was one for the books! From questionable workout attire to some seriously committed costumes, you all understood the assignment.

But beyond the costumes and the laughs, nights like these remind us exactly why we started Sunday Studio. To create a space where people can move, connect, laugh, and feel like they’re part of something special.

And watching this little community grow into exactly that? It’s our favorite part. 🥹

Now, for the moment you’ve all been waiting for…

🏆 THE COSTUME CONTEST WINNERS!

🧘‍♀️ YOGA: Ally Cupps, aka BAD BUNNY 🐰

💪 PILATES: Charlotte Schoenherr, aka HULK HOGAN 🤼‍♂️

Both are taking home a $25 Sunday Studio gift card and, more importantly, some serious bragging rights.

To everyone who showed up, dressed up, worked out, and made this night so much fun, THANK YOU. We love this community, we love doing life with you, and we can’t wait for more nights like this.

Same time next year? Witch, please. 🧙‍♀️🖤

With love,

Sunday Studio is growing ☀️

We’re looking for a Pilates mat instructor to join our team!

From the beginning, our vision for Sunday Studio has been about more than movement. We’re building a space rooted in community, connection, and a genuine love for the practice.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion and wants to be part of what we’re creating.

Our ideal fit is someone who values thoughtful, intentional movement, believes in continued education, and is excited to grow alongside us.

✨ Previous Pilates teaching experience or comprehensive training is preferred, with a special appreciation for Balanced Body education. We’re also open to connecting with individuals who are passionate about pursuing their training!

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who feels aligned with the heart of Sunday Studio.

Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you!

Send us a DM or reach out at hello@sundaystudio.club to introduce yourself and learn more. by @sundaystudiocw

Ever wonder what Sundays actually look like over here at Sunday Studio?

A whole weekly refresh and reset that’s what!

Each Sunday the studio gets sanitized with a deep clean.

First, mats and all yoga and Pilates equipment are sprayed down with Biotech, an EPA approved hospital grade cleaner, to disinfect and sanitize.

All equipment is aired out to dry with the windows open before storing.

Next, floors are vacuumed, mopped, and laundry is done. All cleaning bottles are refilled and towels restocked.

The gathering space (and bathrooms) also alway get a good reset with a full wipe down of all cubbies and surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped and our plant friends are watered.

We do our best to keep our cleaning low waste and environmentally friendly using reusable cleaning cloths, nontoxic and EPA grade cleaners. All while following best practices and making sure our space stays safe for all to use.

The studio is *so fresh and so clean* and ready for the week ahead!

Can’t wait to see you all ☀️🤍 by @sundaystudiocw

Breaking down a few movements from my abdominal + footwork series.

One of my favorite things about Pilates is how much intention goes into even the simplest movements. Small adjustments, controlled movement, and a connection to your breath can make all the difference.

A little reminder that Pilates isn’t about how quickly you move, but how intentionally you move. 🤍
