@womex.expo in Las Palmas was a special one. WOMEX is all about music and connections and it was my 5th time participating. We all work with music and come together from all corners of the world, every year in a different place in Europe. I love to arrive to WOMEX with some intentions but with an open mind, and this trade fair with all the conferences, showcases, meet-ups and discussons really is such a rich environment for serendipity ✨ I also feel home in international environments and with people from different cultures, and from the first year, the WOMEX encounters have always followed up something magical for me🙏🏻❤️

This year, my intention was not goal-oriented. In this moment I am not part of an organization or working for someone, and I am not sure what exactly will be my next projects, so I was not on any specific mission and my intention was set to looking for real human connections.

It may sound self-evident, aren’t we all looking for real human connections? My experience is, however, that *setting this intention* really changed something and it worked. I know I am more sensitive than most people, but everything really felt different. I had much deeper conversations than other times. I really felt seen - not for my colourful hair but for who I am and the way I work. THAT is something I will treasure for a long time🥰

Maybe for me, once again, this serves as a kind reminder from the universe that you need to remember to specify your requests in detail. Don’t take anything for granted.
And everything is possible✨✨✨

So grateful for all these moments shared, thank you everyone who were part of it, special love to @noox_brookolyna for bringing people together for the dinners - see you all next year in Tenerife ❤️❤️❤️
