Sriracha is great. But what if it could be better?

Srirachajang is what happens when you take the heat and garlic of Sriracha and add the depth, body, and complexity of gochujang - a fermented Korean chili paste that’s been in Korean kitchens for over 300 years.

Find it at Fortinos stores across Ontario or order at badkorean.ca. Link in bio.

Sriracha, but WAY more delicious! 🌶️🔥

I’ve always liked sriracha but found the popular supermarket brands a bit one dimensional. So I challenged myself to make a Bad Korean version that was even better.

MEET SRIRACHAJANG! It’s my take on the world’s most popular Asian hot sauce, but UPGRADED with a healthy dose of my Korean Chili Sauce. I use so many Ontario-grown habanero chilis and fresh garlic cloves that you can actually see them in the sauce - not something you can say about your same old same old. The result is a bright, hot, funky, garlicky Korean Sriracha that is guaranteed to blow you away.

The first shipment just landed and at the rate that I’m eating this stuff it won’t last long. Get FREE SHIPPING on all 4-packs and 6-packs at BadKorean.ca (link in bio). Oh, and while the world is on fire and prices are going crazy I decided to lower my prices. I know… I’m a business genius! Get it while it’s hot!

What’s that? You’re at the cottage and need an amazing gochujang-based chili sauce that’ll blow your mind but you don’t know where to go or what to buy? Problem solved.

Check out David Kitchen’s excellent Muskoka market, Field of Greens, in Port Carling!

Big news! 🌶️ We are officially rolling out at McEwan Fine Foods! Huge shoutout to Jesse for giving us a shot! Mark McEwan, the iconic head judge of Top Chef Canada and the pioneer behind fine dining institutions like North 44, Bymark, and Fabbrica, may not have personally put my product on the shelf but his legendary reputation for culinary excellence is evident everywhere you look inside these stores.

We should be live and on sale in the Don Mills location by the time you see this, and also soon at the TD Centre. If you’re looking for a Korean umami bomb, head to one of these stores and give us a try!

June is Men’s Mental Health Month and the stats are too alarming to ignore. Did you know that fewer than 30% of men experiencing mental health challenges seek professional support? Men also account for 75% of suicide deaths in Canada and 71% of overdose deaths.

We need to stop thinking that men are supposed to ‘suffer in silence’.

I’m proud to be an ambassador for @camhfoundation because, like them, I believe that getting professional help when we need it is something we all should have easy access to.

Please share this message with your community and loved ones. Together, we can help shed the stigma that keeps so many men from reaching out for help when they need it.
