🍠✨ Sweet potato + Mochi = a match made in heaven!

You NEED to try these Japanese Sweet Potato Mochi 🤤

And the best part? They’re ridiculously easy to make with our Sunny Sweet Potato!

🥣 You’ll need:
🍠 500g Sunny Supreme Japanese Sweet Potato
🥛 20g milk
🌱 100–140g tapioca starch

How to make them:
1️⃣ Thaw,, steam (until soft) and peel the sweet potato.
2️⃣ Mash until mostly smooth.
3️⃣ Add milk + tapioca starch and mix into a soft dough.
4️⃣ Roll into bite-sized balls.
5️⃣ Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 190°C for 5 mins. Turn and cook for another 5 mins until golden
6️⃣ Serve warm and watch them disappear! 👀

✨ Want to take them to the next level? Drizzle with honey, maple syrup or condensed milk for that extra hit of sweetness.
