Chapter One of Mohabbat’s Supper Story 🤍

No matter how many supper clubs I go on to host, I know this very first one will always hold an extra special place in my heart ❤️ Watching this little film brings it all back, the warmth, the laughter, the food, the games and all those fleeting moments that made the evening so beautiful. @shireenshahaana So happy to have these memories captured in a way that lets me relive all that Mohabbat, over and over again 🥹 Also, My PA @scorptiger has truly outdone himself 🤪😂🤍 From being my biggest support system to helping me hold the entire supper club together🤍 You are hired 😝

Already dreaming of Chapter Two, In Sha Allah. Next Mohabbat supper club date coming very soon! 🤍 by @sunshineneethu

🇦🇪 WELCOME TO THE GLOBAL GIRLS FOOD CLUB MEMBERSHIP LAUNCH 👯‍♀️🤸🏾🙂‍↔️

It’s story time!

✨ Last week we hosted our Welcome Party for our members, a beautiful Kerala style dinner, hosted by @neethu!

A full-circle moment for us because @sunshineneethu found her way to GGFC because she overheard a conversation at a coffee shop :)

The woman she overheard, @mariamzoha , brought her to one of our meet-ups at Pili Pili last year. We then met Neethu at @ajar.katarbayeva_ iftar, and somewhere in there, Neethu invited all of us over for dinner at her place, which basically turned into a Kerala feast that left all of us speechless! That’s when @sarababar and I told her that you’re hosting our first welcome dinner and we’re going to make sure you launch your supper club!!

Last week, @sunshineneethu did both, cooking for our Founding members and our culinary creatives in her own home, launching her Supper Club - Mohabbat :) ❤️

This is just ONE of the reasons why we wanted to build our membership. So we have the opportunity to champion, promote and create a supportive space for the phenomenal female culinary talent in the region and bring them to the forefront.

Our membership is for every woman. Whether or not you have anything to do with the culinary world. We want to move beyond mindless consumption. Come experience food in a social, cultural and interactive way.

🎟️ - Join the membership - waitlist in bio.

And just like that it’s the last 10 days of Ramadan. Feeling so grateful and blessed beyond words to have prayed and perform Umrah in the Holy Month of Ramadan 🤍🤍 🕋 by @sunshineneethu

Gajar Halwa Tartlets with Whipped Mascarpone Cream because it’s Diwali season 🧑‍🍳 The perfect balance of textures and flavours. Buttery, crisp pastry, rich gajar halwa and a cloud of whipped mascarpone. Delicate, light and is now my seasonal favorite 🤍 by @sunshineneethu

Today’s little kitchen experiment: shiso tempura. Somewhere between a chip and an obsession. So so good.Making its way onto the next supper club menu, but today, it was served with this delicious creamy spicy ramen 🤍🧑‍🍳 by @sunshineneethu

Chicken curry inspired @chefghaneya. Curry so good you’ll want to lick the plate clean! ❤️ by @sunshineneethu

Saturday night came with 🤍 Garlic lemon shrimp pasta, juicy lamb chops, focaccia with whipped tadka butter, @eatfaim cake, Mona and her drip coffee… and me, physically present but mentally living in a Pakistani drama 👻🌼🤍 by @sunshineneethu

Jummah Mubarak! 🤍 Allah ki rehmat aur barkatein aap sab par barasti rahein. Aur sab ko ek Abu Bakr naseeb ho, jo beintehaa pyaar kare, kabhi saath na chhode aur achha khaana bhi khilaye 🤣❤️ Aameen! IYKYK 😎👻🤍

Can you tell I’m cray cray? 🤣👻 by @sunshineneethu

A little ceviche experiment at home 🤍 One thing’s for sure, ceviche is making it to the starters menu for Mohabbat Chapter Two! Will it look like this? Probably not. I’m still playing with ideas, flavours, and plating. But it’s definitely coming to the table! 🤍 And I have already polished half of it 👻 Chapter Two is definitely going to be a little different, as my chef brain is on a roll, and as Mohabbat grows, so do I and I’m so excited to see what comes out of my kitchen 🧑‍🍳 by @sunshineneethu

My very first Mohabbat Supper Club. Aah, where do I even begin? 🥹🤍

From selling out in less than 24 hours to spending days in my kitchen, trying recipes, changing my mind a hundred times, getting excited over the tiniest details and then wondering if I was doing too much or not nearly enough. What a ride this little dream has already been!

And somewhere between all the chaos, the cooking, the last minute fussing and finally opening my door to my guests, I realised something. I could spend forever trying to get every little thing right, but the real magic was happening right there at my dining table. Eight people eating, laughing, telling stories, and slowly forgetting that some of them had only just met 🤍🥹

I have a hundred ideas for the next one, a hundred things I’d love to do better, and probably a hundred more things I’ll overthink. But what a beautiful beginning this was. My home was full, my heart even fuller, and Mohabbat felt exactly like I had always imagined it would 🤍

Oufff, @shireenshahaana, the way you’ve captured these little moments! Thank you for giving me something so beautiful to look back on. 🤍

And to every single person who came, thank you for bringing your warmth, your laughter and a little piece of yourselves into my home. You made my first Mohabbat something I’ll remember for a very, very long time 🤍🧿 by @sunshineneethu

I’ll share more about what I felt last night, because there’s so much my heart wants to say. But for now, I’m just sitting with this overwhelming feeling of gratitude. Alhamdulillah, a thousand times over ❤️ Mohabbat did exactly what it was meant to do. And for that, my heart is so, so grateful 🥺🤍🌼 24.10.2026 🤍 by @sunshineneethu

🤣 Don’t judge me. It’s true story 🤣 by @sunshineneethu
