I EAT BACON is a film by Dipti Bramhandkar about a private ritual that helps a man feel alive. It’s funny. It’s tender. It sizzles. We shoot in New York this November, and we’d love you to be part of it. Every gift is tax-deductible through our fiscal sponsor, Fractured Atlas, and every share helps. Link in bio.

NOV 5: performing again at Gotham, one of my favorite festivals, with some of my favorite people. Hope to see you! Link in bio for 🎫 ! ᨒ↟ 𖠰 Three camping trips, three foreign countries of the self. At ten, Dipti arrives at Girl Scout camp with the wrong bunkmate. At sixteen, she fakes her way through a week in the Adirondacks. At twenty-seven, she squats behind a church in East Sussex…into a patch of stinging nettles. In each case, the wilderness has the last word. Some of us are never meant to sleep on the ground, and yet we try. ᨒ↟ 𖠰 @frigidnewyork by @superdiptiwrites

Thrive Report: Weeks 53 & 54. Year 2 begins. I guess we’re keeping the Thrive reports going. This week’s photo was taken in my front yard in Vestal. It’s where I first learned that community is just people who keep showing up. Every play, every film, every room of strangers starts with a few people deciding to show up for the same thing. The work builds the community, and the community makes the work possible. We build the beloved community by being it. by @superdiptiwrites

So lucky to see a presentation of @theworldscassettelibrary this morning with @ootbtheatrics. What a beautiful, heart wrenching story that conjured memories of my own childhood (❄️🦇📼🪈) Incredible cast and team - and exquisitely directed by @aneeshak27. Someone produce this immediately!!! by @superdiptiwrites

Thrive Report (Week 52): One year! You point at something before you can prove it exists, you accept that you may be wrong, and you keep your arm out anyway.

Thrive Report (Week 51): No one told us we were a band. We stood like one anyway. Small outlaws in a summer yard, ringed in violet, already sure of the music. You don’t find your people so much as recognize them.
