The most important part of “parts work” is learning to become the witness.

It’s the difference between being the egg in the boiling pot of water and viewing the egg inside the boiling pot.

One is a state of being flailed and tossed around; the other is a state of curiosity, like a scientist observing.

When you can step into that “witness” space, your whole system calms down. And when your system calms, the dynamic in you and between you and other people transforms.

You are not your emotions. You are the witness that those emotions pass through. by @supergoodpod

Even ritual masters feel the weight of resistance.

It’s easy to think that once you’ve done the work, the “no” goes away. But as Rachel explains, resistance pretty much always appears. It’s that part of the ego that just wants to stay safe and cozy in the familiar.

The magic happens when you acknowledge that resistance with a little humor and choose to move anyway. You aren’t alone in this feeling—it’s a sign you’re moving from automation into intention. Your success lies in the constructive things you do despite the feelings of resistance. by @supergoodpod

Taking responsibility is a superpower. There’s a common misbelief that taking ownership for a mistake diminishes your authority. The truth? It’s literally the opposite. When we own our actions, we reclaim our power. We stop being victims of circumstance and start being the architect of our progress. by @supergoodpod

Stop blaming your partner (or yourself) and start fixing the pattern. Most relationships don’t fail because of lack of love, they fail because of chronic, unconscious patterns without responsibility.

In this episode of the Supergood Podcast, Cory Caprista sits down with world-renowned relationship coaches @urbjohann and @positivepringle . We dive deep into why couples wait too long to seek help and how shifting from “defending your territory” to “curiosity” can save your relationship. If you feel stuck in a loop of the same three arguments, this is sothe masterclass you need.

We talk about:
• Why one partner usually resists therapy or coaching
• The difference between blame and responsibility
• How to stop repeating the same fights
• Parts work and emotional self-awareness
• Simple rituals that instantly change relationship dynamics
• Why apologizing is actually attractive
• How to become a “team” instead of opponents

If you want deeper connection, better communication, and the relationship of your dreams—this episode is for you.

For years, we looked at breast implants as purely structural devices. But the emerging data forces us to look at the microscopic level.

As a surgeon, I follow the evidence. And the evidence regarding Systemic Symptoms Associated with Breast Implants (SSBI) points to three specific mechanisms (swiping left ⬅️):

1️⃣ Biofilm Formation: Bacteria like Staph epidermidis can form a film on the implant surface, producing compounds that polarize T-cells and trigger chronic fatigue.

2️⃣ Chronic Inflammation: The body identifies the implant as a “foreign object,” leading to a sustained immune battle and a disturbed Th17/Treg balance.

3️⃣ Gel Bleed: Even cohesive gel implants can release silicone particles into the surrounding tissue, further activating macrophages.

I didn’t make the choice to stop using implants lightly. I made it because I believe the future of aesthetics is autologous, using your own living tissue to build, repair, and enhance.

Thank you to @corycaprista for hosting me on @supergoodpod for this great discussion

No big deal, @drjon.k just consults with @neuralink on the surgical process for the first brain computer interfaces ever in the history of humankind. For people shut in by certain conditions being able to interact with the wider world is a mind blowing and soul expanding advancement. by @supergoodpod

"Surgery as Ceremony" can sound provocative when you first hear it but when @drjon.k explains why this is his approach in his surgical practice and what it can do for his patients you may realize it's the only way you'd want to experience an operation.

To me it's a deeper understanding of the total experience of going through something so major and potentially life changing.

Dr. Jon Kanevsky is so much more than just the "necrotic toe guy" — he's a surgeon, entrepreneur, and modern-day adventurer. In this episode we dive into everything from what “plastic surgery” actually means, to wild ER stories (polar bear attacks included), to how Jon went from “Necrotic Toe Guy” to top plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and ended up consulting with Neuralink on the first brain-computer interfaces.

He opens up about being raised by genius AI researcher father who also happens to be deaf, almost quitting medicine, the Jazz Fest moment that changed his life, and why he believes plastic surgery might be the most honest form of medicine.

Plus: breast implant illness, fat-grafting, mission trips in the jungle, and what it really takes to become a world-class surgeon.

I'm stoked to bring you this episode, the experience of recording this podcast was incredible, felt like flow state of the highest order—bordering on an out of body experience. I think you're going to really enjoy it!

Who knows what our music can do for someone in whatever dark place they might be sitting in right now. Maybe it brings a little light, a little hope, and a slice of happiness. I had to tell myself this after a beautiful soul and friend, @linzhawley put this is such a simple yet beautiful perspective for me! From rap battles in Tahoe to Coachella’s DoLab stage, @b3komp has spent decades channeling creativity into hip hop, live bands, and now his own solo productions. In this episode of the @supergoodpod , I sit down with my friend Robbie to unpack his musical evolution, the power of collaboration, and how fatherhood and self-discovery are shaping his newest album For All K.I.N.D.

He also gets into how to master the stage, drawing parallels between performing and acting, explaining how hearing his entrance music allows him to step into his B3K persona and channel his best self to connect “heart to heart” with the audience.

Integrity in 3 parts: know yourself, be yourself, and keep your agreements.

It's a simple formula but challenging to execute consistently. Each pillat can have it's own tricky parts.

Know yourself: is about self-awareness and identity, but what's going on inside of us and the truth of who we are is always changing. Often our self-identity concept lags behind what's true for us now. And often what's true about what's going on is inconvenient and/or uncomfortable.

Be yourself: speak the truth with objectivity and positive intent. Well damn, if that isn't one of the hardest things to do consistently in life. It can be hard to know what is true for us and even if we're clear on that it can be difficult to translate that into objective language and to hold a positive, loving frame especially when it's something we're passionate/emotionally invested in.

Keep your agreements: align action with who we truly are and honor the people we're in relationship with. If you really audit your word / commitments we can see that for most people we are not being pristine in tracking what we've said we're going to do and then following through. Usually the person we are disappointing and letting down the most often is ourselves when we don't go to the gym, or eat what we know we should, or make progress on our dreams.

Simple but not easy! Integrity is really our life's work.
