POSTS STORIES REELS

🏆 For the 12th year in a row, Supreme Lending has been honored by the Atlanta Journal Constitution as a Top Workplace and it’s all thanks to our incredible team!

This recognition reflects the culture, commitment, and care that each of our team members brings every day. We’re beyond grateful to be part of such a supportive and inspiring workplace.

💙 Thank you, AJC, for the continued recognition and THANK YOU to our Supreme family for making this possible year after year! by @supremelendingsoutheast

📝 Under contract? This is the stretch where small decisions matter most. Between now and closing day, keep your financial picture steady:

🚫 Don't open new credit. New accounts can change the picture that was already reviewed.
🚫 Don't change jobs without telling us. Employment is verified more than once before closing.
🚫 Don't move large sums between accounts. Large deposits and transfers need to be documented and sourced.
🚫 Don't go quiet. Your file keeps moving when requested documents come back promptly.

Not sure whether something could affect your loan? Our loan officers are here with the knowledge and support you need every step of the way, so you can head to the closing table with confidence! by @supremelendingsoutheast

Ever seen three different credit scores? 🤔

Each bureau keeps its own file, not every creditor reports to all three, and updates land at different times. That's why lenders review all three during the mortgage process. Your loan officer walks you through what's on each report so there are no surprises along the way. by @supremelendingsoutheast

Think you need 20% down to buy a home? 🏡

That’s one of the most common myths we hear. The truth is, there are programs that allow qualified buyers to put down considerably less, and in some scenarios even 0%.

Every situation is different, and the best way to know where you stand is to talk with someone who can walk through your options with you. Our loan officers are here to make the process clear, personal, and on time every time. 🔑

Insurance is the line item that surprises people.

It’s often collected monthly and held in escrow as part of your payment, and premiums vary by location, property, and coverage. Ask about it before you’re under contract, not after.

There’s no magic credit score that unlocks a mortgage.

Credit is one of several factors lenders review, alongside income, employment, assets, debt, and the property itself, and requirements vary by program.

Being told no is hard. Being told no because of how you earn a living can feel even harder.

If you’re self-employed, working gigs, or still building your credit history, you may have heard “we can’t help” more than once. Every borrower’s story is different, and ours starts with listening.

At Supreme Lending Southeast, our loan officers will:
✅ Take the time to understand your full picture
✅ Walk you through your options in plain language
✅ Stay with you through each step of the process

Peyton Till joined Supreme BEST University last year.

At the time, she was just getting started in the mortgage business. Today, she’s building her experience, growing her confidence, and helping families across Atlanta take the next step toward homeownership. The program didn’t hand her that success. It gave her the foundation, the coaching, and the team to build it. That is what Supreme BEST University is designed to do.

Applications are open for our next class. Apply today at the link in our bio! by @supremelendingsoutheast

Every career starts somewhere. Josh's started behind a bar in Alpharetta.

For five and a half years, his favorite part of the job was the people: meeting new faces and hearing the stories behind them. Then one day, a regular - Supreme Lending Southeast President Pat Flood - offered him a job in mortgages. Josh took the leap and hasn't looked back since.

At Supreme Lending, the qualities that matter most don't always show up on a resume. If you love working with people and you're willing to bet on yourself, we'd like to meet you.
