The circuit movements include:

Hammer Curls: Focus on keeping elbows tucked and bracing the core.
Single-Arm Overhead Presses: Focus on unilateral strength and control.
Traditional Shoulder Presses: Ensure weights do not touch at the top.
Farmer Walks: To be performed for the remainder of the 10-minute circuit.
