✨ MID-YEAR REAL ESTATE UPDATE ✨ It’s been an incredible first half of 2026 — over $75 MILLION in sales across Westlake and the surrounding market, plus $50+ MILLION in current listings and over $20 MILLION in exclusive pocket listings! Grateful for every client who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. As temperatures rise this July, so does clarity in the market, we’re seeing things normalize toward a more balanced, pre-pandemic pace. A great sign for buyers and sellers looking to make confident, well-timed moves in the second half of the year. I also had the privilege of closing on several properties off market this year, a reminder that some of the best opportunities never even hit the MLS. 🔑 Here’s just a sample of this year’s closings 📍 SOLD

🏡✨PRIVATE WESTLAKE SALE Some of the best opportunities never make it to the open market! 🔑 So incredibly happy for my buyers on the purchase of their beautiful home in the prestigious Quail Hollow community of Westlake! ❤️ With over 17 years of living and working in Westlake, I’ve built deep relationships within our community and have an intimate knowledge of the luxury market, including properties that may be available before they are ever publicly listed. Real estate is about more than finding a home. It’s about knowing the market, understanding the opportunities, and having the relationships to open doors that others may not even know exist. 🏡✨ It was truly a privilege to help my buyers secure this exceptional off-market property. I’m so grateful for their trust and couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter! ❤️ Local knowledge. Trusted relationships. Exceptional results. by @susanmathewshomes
