Most people think productivity comes from discipline. @susienjpa’s philosophy is simpler:

Your brain is not a to-do list.

The more reminders you’re carrying in your head, the less capacity you have to focus, prioritize, and execute. That’s why systems matter.

Which shortcut are you implementing first? by @susienjpa

Thanks to @colleenhungerford, I asked my robot friend “Be my drunk bestie and describe what I do” and this is what she said...

*Disclaimer: While I fully support my drunk bestie’s glowing review of my skills, I cannot legally or ethically guarantee the miraculous results she passionately declared between sips of wine. But hey, she’s not wrong 😉

Set up a quick info call with me if you're curious to know if my drunk bestie has any idea what she's talking about–link in bio ☎️

Another fun night of comedy with @benadamson09. Last time I was at @thedailyshow was 23 years ago when I was 8 months pregnant with him! 😂 Great to see @jonstewart then and amazing to see him again tonight! by @susienjpa

Retreat 2026 did not disappoint. Always a whirlwind of activities and events but at the core, it’s about the genuine connections with real friends, not just colleagues.

I don’t take for granted the gift of working alongside people I love (yes, LOVE!) and respect. Doing work that matters.

And our leadership… @neda.navab.compass @alexa_mullen_ny The way you made/make us feel seen and heard is extraordinary. Outstanding. I REALLY hope you get just a few beats of rest after this week!!

Helping lead the Speed Networking/Coaching event was a highlight. @kelly_e_parker - thank you for your uplifting partnership.

Leaving deeply satisfied and exhausted, as always 😂

Onward! by @susienjpa

Missing our beloved parents on what would have been their 60th anniversary ❤️ @jnlchung by @susienjpa

The challenge that’s holding your business back today doesn’t have to follow you into 2027.

Maybe it’s the systems you haven’t built. The marketing strategy you haven’t figured out. The numbers you haven’t had time to analyze. Or simply feeling like you’re working harder without moving forward.

Whatever it is, there’s a free coaching program for that.

Free Coaching Month brings together expert coaches across five tracks - CTO, CEO, COO, CFO, and CMO - to help you turn your biggest business challenges into opportunities for growth.

✓ Four weeks of actionable coaching
✓ Five programs to choose from (join as many as you’d like!)
✓ Opportunities to win up to $50,000 in cash prizes

Your next move? Register by Friday, October 16 at 11:59 PM ET at coachingatcompass.com/ceo.

The program kicks off October 19!

Susie draws on more than ten years as a top-producing agent and team leader to help agents turn overwhelm into clear systems, stronger habits, and greater productivity.

Together, they’ll help you streamline how you work and build systems within the Compass Platform to run a business that can grow without everything depending on you.

Don’t miss your chance to win up to $50,000! Click the link in our bio or visit coachingatcompass.com/ceo to register by October 16. by @susienjpa

In case you missed it: What if better systems could take some of the decision-making off your plate? ⚙️

On today's "Meet the Experts" Live Q&A, Susie Adamson @susienjpa gave us a preview of the Agent as COO track - the Free Coaching Month program focused on the operations, systems, and structure that keep your business moving without everything depending on you.

One of the biggest takeaways: the better your systems, the easier your decision-making. Instead of constantly asking “What should I do next?”, the right systems create consistency - from transaction to transaction and team member to team member - while helping you operate with less stress.

And you don’t have to build it all from scratch. Susie is leading the Agent as COO track alongside Caroline Wilkins to show you how to spend less time reinventing the wheel and more time putting the right systems to work.

Ready to strengthen the operational side of your business? Visit the link in our bio to register for Free Coaching Month by October 16!
