Space Blues vinyl is here! So excited to finally do a vinyl run for this project. I originally released Space Blues in 2019, it was the first album I dropped after quitting my job to pursue music full-time. I was eager and excited and barely knew what I was doing. Still proud of this one and always felt it deserved a proper vinyl release.

The records are pressed using recycled “eco-mix” vinyl, which reduces environmental impact and gives each record a unique color. Each order will receive a random color. Limited Run of 250 copies.

Comment “SBvinyl” and I’ll send you the link for where to grab one

“There’s a certain emotion I try to tap into with my music that’s nostalgic, but paired with something new at the same time. That’s part of what blurs the line between past and future for me.” - @sweepsbeats

Issue 21 of The Blank Mag is out now!
Sweeps on Architecture, Going Independent and Staying out of Frame.

LA friends and vinyl lovers! I’m hosting a vinyl release party at @delaplayamusic in Highland Park. I’ll be giving away some free vinyl, playing the new record, and hanging with some good people. Come say hi, listen to some music, dig through the shop, and maybe win a copy or two. This Sunday, Aug 23rd @ 2pm.

As things get more digital, I wanna do more things in the real-world, would love to see you there! Shoot me a message if you want the link to rsvp! by @sweepsbeats

retro is the future…

#retrofuturism #lofihiphop #cd by @sweepsbeats

My new album Mirage is out today! ~~

Welcome to Mirage City….
Like many of my releases, this project started with my fascination with nostalgia and futurism. I’ve found these ideas to feel
much different in today’s world vs. when I started releasing music as Sweeps.

The blurry line between past, present, and future is where I try to place my music. I hope this album can take you someplace else for a bit.

Comment “mirage city” and I’ll send you the streaming links~~

If you want to experience the album together, join me today for a listening party on my Bandcamp page today at 3pm PST.

Shoutout to @officialkeylime and @mattkolb for helping out on this one
