Thank you @alanamoly for being a part of this project, you’re the best ❤️ This film is a part of and the start of a series of projects that will help me push boundaries. Although the boundaries in this film were small, growth and progression was still made during the writing, production, and post production phase. I hope you all enjoy this short film. Thank you 🙏🏾 - @victoriaagleason #filmmaking

SWEET BAY PRODUCTIONS

gratitude is the highest frequency for me everyday but especially today because it’s the 1 year anniversary of my production company @sweetbayproductions . I created my production company from my bedroom after submitting my first film and never ever looked back. it’s been a crazy but fulfilling year to be a student of the game. a year of learning, a year of creating, a year of starting over, a year of intention, a year of growth, a year of love and support from the people close to me and those who don’t know me, man I could go on and on but overall I couldn’t be more grateful. Dec 6th should be a national holiday lol, one day I’ll tell the origin story of how my journey began and how it brought me to this very moment but for now just enjoy my work and stay tuned for the many more films to come 🙏🏾✨ - @victoriaagleason by @sweetbayproductions

we are excited to announce that on Saturday November 20th, A Mother’s Love, will be premiering at Playhouse West Philadelphia for the first time EVER. Make sure you support and get a ticket (they’re free). There will also be a Q&A with @victoriaagleason where she will discuss the writing and filmmaking process ✨ see you November 20th at 12pm 😉

A Mother’s Love

“Motherly love is considered a possessive affection where a mother will protect their offspring at all costs.”

This film means so much to me and the message speaks volumes. A Mother’s Love elevates the conversation surrounding Gun Violence and Grief. Gun Violence is near and dear to my heart and plagues the city I grew up in, Philadelphia. My hope is that everyone who watches this film will become inspired to make a change within their environment and community. I also hope that the tough conversations surrounding grief and showing emotion amongst men and within ethnic communities will be spoken about and normalized. I dedicate this film to my best friend who surrounds me everyday and lets me know that every decision I make is divinely guided and protected by her and the most high ✨ You know who you are, I love you forever, 444 💕 @sweetbayproductions
