👋Friends! Our Female moose and her calf are still in our area. I think she feels safe around us and our neighbors. We are very grateful for that and feel very privileged. The best thing about living in the countryside is all the wild animals. 🤎🫎🦊🦌🦉🐰🤎

👋 Esther was at the vet today and got the green light for cataract surgery, she was put on the waiting list. 🍀 The moose and her little calf are still keeping us company. Wilma think it’s fun and just the right amount of dangerous to watch them through the window. 💕

👋Hi from Esther and Wilma. Esther has started to get back to her ideal weight and has started to regain her nice fur back. We are going to make an appointment to an eye specialist to see if she can have cataract surgery. ❤️🍀❤️

Happy Midsummer weekend! 🍰🍓☀️ Midsummer - that’s why there are so many pictures of us by the flowers! 😘
I feel good and even though I can’t see, I’m still the watchdog of the house. I can immediately tell if someone or something is approaching. 😎🐾🌻

👋I’m ok, still love life!❤️ Today they took two teeth from my little sister Wilma even though she had been good and brushed her teeth every day! She bit the vet’s finger so he had a band-aid on his finger when we picked her up. 🫢 He said it didn’t matter because she was almost sedated when she bit him. I took some blood tests and I behaved well the whole time! 😉

👋 🩷 I have always been an outdoor girl, love the wind in my face and the smell of the forest. Still am! 🍀🌻🌿🐞🦋

👋 This is me Esther! I feel better. Mom cut my ponytail off, she’s crying but I’m ok with it.
I’ve had a blood glucose monitor attached to my body that will measure glucose levels 24/7 for 14 days. Now Mum doesn’t have to take blood tests as often. I still love our walks in the forest and it’s not noticeable that I’m blind now. I still love life! 👋❤️❤️❤️

👋 Esther is healing well from the surgery. ❤️‍🩹 She is on insulin now. We visited the vet for the same symptoms after the last heat but they found nothing. This time they found Diabetes which is caused by the hormone during the heat. She can’t see anything now but we hope this will change. She is so strong and loves life our little angel on earth. ❤️❤️❤️

👋❤️❤️‍🩹❤️

Esther has unfortunately become unwell and has been diagnosed with Diabetes. Part of the treatment is surgery to remove the uterus, which was done yesterday. She was also diagnosed with heart failure and will be treated for this.
Now Esther will heal and take it easy for a while.

I hope you are all well.
Happy Easter!
🥚🐣🌼
