Hi boos, let me reintroduce myself 🤍
Not my titles, just me.

First and always, I’m his mama. 🥹 Horror movies and french fries are our love language, and I still tell him “I’m so proud of you” every chance I get.

When I’m not in scrubs, it’s glam on the outside, but soft heart on the inside.

I love my Thrive, prayer, and quiet mornings.

I wake up at 4am because my dreams won’t chase themselves. 🚀

And I’m learning that rest is not lazy, it’s restorative.
Saturdays are mine, “no” is a full sentence, and I protect my peace and my energy.💫

Soft heart, strong boundaries, forever growing. Drop a 🤍 if we’re walking the same path. I’ll come say hi 🫶🏻
Sending love and light 🌹

Low energy? Unable to gain muscle or lose fat? Unhealthy gut-brain barrier?

As a busy mom, nurse and student, I lack time…

When starting my 4AM day for the gym before everything else begins, I’ll snooze my alarm at least twice lol!

Because of Thrive it gets easier to get my daily multivitamins and protein in like clockwork.
My energy is elevated. I’m able to build lean muscle, and my thinking is more sharp for my 12 hour work days.

Healthy habits don’t happen overnight.
It requires systems and consistency.💪🏼

Fancy things fades, a healthy mind, body and spirit stays.✨

I hope you return to the things that you gave up on and find yourself in them again.
I hope you feel hope return to you.
Your big dreams are possible. ✨
Let the energy move and change into a new perspective.
I hope you never forget how many fresh chances there are in your life that set your heart and soul on fire. ❤️‍🔥

Okay real talk… a year ago my “wellness routine” was 3 energy drinks per day and whatever snacks my kid didn’t finish. 😅☕

Now? Mama’s got a whole 3-step morning ritual: vitamins, protein, peps🌶️✨ It takes less time than finding my car keys, and it’s become my little longevity era. 💅

And I’m not gonna lie… I’m SO much happier since starting Thrive and personalized wellness solution. My patience lasts past 10am now (I get up at 4AM 🤪).
My family noticed. My kid noticed. Even my barista noticed. 😂💛

The best part? I get to do this with the most amazing group of women who hype each other up, FEEL GOOD TOGETHER, and laugh way too much in our group chat. Oh, and it brings in extra income doing something I genuinely love. Nurse, mom, student, AND having fun? Who is she?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

I’m just so grateful I get to chase what lights me up. 🙏

If you’ve been running on empty (been there, babe). COME REFILL WITH MEEEEE.🫶🏻

No pressure, just good vibes & good laughs.🌺

Mom’s first. Work, then what we do after that is none of your business 🫡🤏 I had to hop in this trend #migos #fyp #explorepage #ai by @sweettang11

She said yes, and then she said “watch this.” 👑 Most beautiful bride ever, and that’s on forever.

The best thing I can do for myself is to continue putting in that effort in all things forward. ✨
It starts mentally deciding what I want, and locking in, day after day. Then suddenly a decade goes by where I’ve learned what works for me and what doesn’t.
Today, I feel amazing in my 30s- healthy, happy, and full of good energy for my son, my responsibilities and whatever life brings my way. 🤍
Still growing, still showing up.
Thriving & vibing!
