It's about the love. . . Don't get caught up in conditions and values. Be in this hobby for what you want! . . Collector? Collect. Player? Play. Investor? Invest. Be in it for you. . . My buddy had this special Groudon graded simply because he wanted to. I think it looks amazing slabbed up. . . It's a hobby. Have fun with it. ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ˜Ž . . . . #pokemontcg #pokemoncollection #pokemoncommunity #rarepokemoncard #groudon #pokemoncollector #shinypokemon #pokemon by @swift.shock

All the Lugia VSTARs. . . Being one of my favorite Pokemon, I had to collect all the English ones! I personally prefer the gold - but I LOVE the stamp. So I'm running those in my deck. . . Which one is your favorite? . . Vote in the poll and comment why. ๐Ÿ˜ by @swift.shock
blast from the...current?! . . . . #pokemonpromo #pokemoncards #pokemoncollector #pokemoncommunity #rarepokemoncards #umbreon #pokemoncollection #umbreon #charmander by @swift.shock
old texture goes hard. . . Textures back then were so freaking DEEP. You can almost feel the ridges by looking at them. Texture technology on cards has come a long way since then - more detail in the texture....but these have so much more character. . . Were XY textures the best of all time? ๐Ÿค” . . . . #pokemontcg #pokemoncards #rarepokemoncard #giratina #pokemonxy #pokemoncollector by @swift.shock
both got 10s!! . . Two of my friends recently hopped on my PSA submission with a few of their cards. Oddly enough, they both sent Charizard VMAX - the shiny spicy boy. . . THEY BOTH GOT TENS. That's freaking WILD. Happy for them both. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ˜Ž ๐Ÿ”ฅ . . . . #psa10pokemon #pokemoncommunity #charizardvmax #pokemoncollector #shiningfates #pokemoncards by @swift.shock
the green mask. . . Traded for this at my local tournament last night. I don't know how I feel about the SIRs. All four having a consistent art style is cool, but it feel so bland. What do you think of these SIRs? . . I was able to trade for Wellspring SIR too....do I just finish the quad and grab the other two now? . . . . #twilightmasquerade #pokemon #pokemoncards #pokemoncollector #rarepokemoncard #specialillustrationrare #altartpokemon by @swift.shock
Something different today. . . I thought for Father's Day I'd share my first deck ever. This one was built with the only intention of playing the game with my small daughter. I'd always loved pokemon but had grown away from it. She was small and very much so interested. . . I bought us each theme decks and the story has been wonderful history. Never did I think we'd spend as many hours playing together as we have. I didn't think I'd start collecting again and I surely didn't think I'd be playing at the level I am now with at least 1 local a week. . . Fatherhood and Pokemon is a match I feel grateful to have. Share this stuff with your kids. Who knows where it will take you. ๐Ÿ˜ . . P.S. I included my deck list. Feel free to make fun of it. We had no idea what we were doing -ade for the best games. . . #pokemoncommunity #pokemon #pokemontcg #pokemoncards #nidoking #rarepokemoncard by @swift.shock
special delivery ๐Ÿ“ฆ . . Pikachu was purchased as a graded slab. I got Bidoof and Charizard from the Pokemon Center and submitted myself. I was a little bummed to get them both back as 8s until I realized the trio matches! So that's pretty cool. . . Did you get a chance to snag any of the Special Delivery promos? . . The weekend is here. It's going to be hot in California. Have fun & stay hydrated. ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ˜Ž . . #pokemon #pokemoncards #specialdeliverycharizard #pokemontcg #psapokemon #specialdeliverypikachu #pokemoncommunity #pokemoncollector by @swift.shock
