This week we're introducing Antoine, one of our experienced pilots here at Sydney Helitours.

Antoine has been a significant part of the team for the past three and a half years, and one of our most versatile pilots, flying across almost the entire SHT fleet of helicopters
Read on to get to know Antoine a little better 👇

What's your role at Sydney Helitours?
Squirrel pilot

How long you've been at Sydney Helitours?
3.5 years

What got you into aviation?
I got the chance to work closely with EC145s and AS350 helicopters during my time as a firefighter, the first time I stepped into one I was hooked

Favourite thing about the job?
Always get a smile on my first take off of the day, if that's not a sign I'm doing the right job, I don't know what is

Favourite helicopter?
The legendary AS350 squirrel

Hobbies?
Love to keep active, running, gym, swimming, hiking you name it, I try to maintain a level of fitness that suits my lifestyle and supports my career

And a random fact about you?
I lived on a French island for a bit and explored being a scuba diver instructor, at 60m deep you can't see much so I chose the sky instead

Let us know if you can guess which helicopter Antoine's most passionate about.....🚁 by @sydneyhelitours
