POSTS STORIES REELS

I’m running my first ever Full Marathon at KLSCM 2026, and I want these 42.195km to do some good along the way.

I’m raising funds for Teach For Malaysia, with a first target of RM4,200!!

If you’re able to support, you can donate through the link in my bio. Every ringgit counts.

And if donating isn’t possible, please share this reel. You never know who it might reach.

@teachformsia is working towards giving every child in Malaysia the opportunity to realise their potential through quality education, and I’m determined to finish this full marathon strong with that in mind.

I hope ya’ll can lend your support through sharing this post, positive messages and just good vibes to do as much good as we can!

(PS: If anyone wants to work together on run content that can contribute to this, DM ME!!)😁

I’ve been working on myself…

And I feel renewed, with purpose and, aiming for major GOALS.

🙌🏽So hello again everyone, my name is Harris, I am a fitness coach….but I am also much more than that and I am excited to show you throughout this Journey.

I don’t have the answer but mom did tell me that “when you know, you know” and for the longest time I didn’t give it much thought as that sounds like something all parents say to your kids

It’s so easy to ridicule a thought or an idea when you haven’t experienced the context of it all.

I understand it now. It’s a feeling, it’s in the moments and all the experiences.

“This Marathon was my Everest. For now.”

I was scrolling through Instagram today and realised just how many people I follow are exceptional athletes. People who’ve been training for years, with some incredible achievements to their names.

I started questioning whether I’d been sharing a little too much about my recent marathon.

Took me a good 10 seconds to realise that yes… yes, I absolutely should.

Because I’m proud of it.

This Marathon was my Everest. For now.

And I think that’s something I needed to remind myself of. Our achievements are relative to our own experiences, where we’ve come from and what it took for us to get there.

What might be just another race for someone else was a huge milestone for me.

This was only rep one. And if I want to keep going, Im going to celebrate every single one along the way.

Funny enough, I’d gone into this thinking my first marathon would be a one-and-done kind of thing. Now I’m already searching for the next marathon to run.

I’m not sharing any of this to boast or prove anything to anyone. I’m sharing it because it’s a moment I want to remember. A record I can look back on someday and appreciate what this version of me was capable of.

So post that photo. Share those Strava stats. Celebrate that PB, that first 5K, or simply the fact that you showed up when you didn’t feel like it.

You’re the main character of your own life. Treat yourself like one.

And when I see your posts, you can bet I’ll be there liking, commenting and giving you that kudos.

Run the KLSCM 2026 Full Marathon with me part 2 KM 30-42🔥🏅 @klscmarathon

Wooooh this stretch was a battle, imagine knowing what you usually take to run a km but here very single felt like it took forever and you think your legs can recover and bounce back but tricks and mind games start playing here, making you think you’re fine then boom something different starts hurting.

The infamous @azrijus was waiting for me at the cheerzone and got me so fired up all my cramps acted up after I sped up 😅 Wouldn’t have had it any other way.

I knew I was gonna get this done though I was determined. Even if I didn’t get enough miles for this one, I defo had my mindset right!

Can’t wait for the next one woooh!!

Run the KLSCM Full Marathon with me part 1🏃🏅

I’m still reeling from becoming a marathoner at the last KLSCM 2026 and it’s really given me a real boost in my running journey and what it means to me.

I’m so glad I got loads of snippets from it so that I can show you guys a glimpse of what it was like. I was apprehensive about sharing this as it’s not like I got the best time or anything but I think a lot of achievements rn have been made to seem less impressive than they actually are but I just wanted this for the men’s and to remember that time I felt joy doing something really hard😁

From a first timers POV, all I can say is it’s mad unpredictable. Yes I didn’t get a full training block in, missing some long runs due to injury but I’m glad I chose to recover fully rather than go into it with any niggling injuries. Super excited for the next one though😁

Really felt accomplished with this one woooh!! by @syedharriswins
