Strength isn’t just about how much weight is on the bar.🦾😎 by @sylvia_rozeboom

I’m not spending all that time in the gym to be scared of what’s on my plate. Food is meant to fuel the body, not just entertain, but sometimes, it can absolutely do both. 👀
Using high-quality ingredients is the easiest way to elevate your meals at home, because eating for your goals doesn’t mean sacrificing flavour.

Good ingredients. Good macros. REALLY good food.
That’s my kind of balance. 😌✨

And when Grandiose has all of the above?
Well… you know where to find me. 🛒 by @sylvia_rozeboom

Did not even realize about the hair growth until the girls in the office and mother in law asking me the secret of my hair. I wash my hair with head & shoulders 😄 nothing extra, no hair spa no extra spray etc.

Secretly I’m lazy to go to saloon to fix my hair that’s why I leave it just like that 🫣. But I guess when you have enough nutrients in your body everything grows nicely.Stay good looking!❤️
