Malaika, There are big poisonous snakes in the Kanji river. They are known for feeding on humans that live too close to the banks of the river for fish. Your father and I decided to move further into the Savannah where these snakes can not survive. Though the land may be dry, your father has dug us a well so we don't have to struggle for water. Though the sun may be hot, he has built us a home where we can rest our heads. Though the soil may be brittle, he has shown us how to grow our own food. You do not need to go to the river. You do not need to go to the Kanji river. _______ | SAFE SPACES | AS21L001 Fine Art Photography Print in frame 420x594mm KES 25,000 pp 2/6 pieces sold (Limited Single Edition Art Prints) _______ Art Story | Aesthetics | Photography: @syntax.a.r.t Co-created with Non-Profit Org: @haartkenya _______ #safespaces #art #artstories #reflection #somethingtothinkabout #possibilities #rethink #teach #understand #differences #community #interconnected #network #elements #choices #language #narratives #stories #connection #syntaxart by @syntax.a.r.t
i didn't expect it to feel this warm. 🤸‍♀️✨this is my first fine art commission, gently received in a very beautiful home. i am still giddy and deeply grateful. i can't stop smiling. #kamamaji 🌊 #bahari hunikumbusha, #strength si #kelele. mvuto wake ni ile hali ya kubadilika, kuamka, kulala, kurudi tena. kama wimbi linapobadilika, #roho hujifunza kubadili mwenendo wake. and this #flow always whispers the #truth we need to hear. ____ | Like Water // Kama Maji - ONE | Art Commission Private Collection Mixed Media Illustration FA25K0014 Version 1 of 1 100x70cm ____ artist: @syntax.a.r.t co-created with muse / art commissioner: @sophieotiende ____ #maji ni #uhai by @syntax.a.r.t

It was a love that turned people who were once strangers, into family, into kin... into community. . . Translated || COMMITMENT OF A LIFETIME || .
