I was always the skinny kid. Bullied. Insecure. Too scared to even walk into a gym. I started with a pull-up bar in my bedroom because I didn’t know what else to do. I failed at a clothing brand. Dropped out of college. Worked shitty jobs just to get by. I travelled, searching for something different — but no matter where I went, I couldn’t escape myself. Somehow I fell into finance. And that’s where I realised something bigger: So many men are struggling quietly. Carrying pressure. Lacking confidence. Pretending it’s fine. That hit me, because I’d been there too. So I transferred the structure I built in my training into my life. And slowly, I rebuilt myself. Today, I help other men do the same. Not with quick fixes. But with the same structure I wish I had when I was younger. This is my story — and maybe, in some way, it’s yours too… Szymon Wardecki by @szymon.fit
When Manish joined the programme, one of the things he wrote on his onboarding form was: “I want to feel great being able to take my shirt off before going for a swim without feeling ashamed.”💭 That wasn’t really about taking his shirt off. It was about confidence. Like many men, he’d tried dieting before. He’d lost weight, made progress, and then slowly found himself slipping back into old habits and back where he started. This time, the goal wasn’t just to lose weight. The goal was to build a system he could actually stick to. Over the following months, Manish lost 15kg.📉 But more importantly, he built the habits, structure and standards needed to keep moving forward long after the motivation wears off. Today, he’s leaner, stronger and more confident.🫱🏼‍🫲🏻 Not because he found a shortcut. Because he stopped looking for one. Winners win. Losers loose.🤷🏻‍♂️ by @szymon.fit
Fat loss gets a lot easier when you stop making it harder than it needs to be. I’ve been through the phase of cutting calories too aggressively, avoiding certain foods and thinking I had to be perfect every single day to see results. The problem is that this approach rarely lasts. Here’s what actually matters: 🍚 Eating carbs at night won’t stop you losing fat. 🍫 You can still enjoy your favourite foods while losing weight. 🚶 Walking more is one of the simplest ways to increase your daily calorie expenditure. 🍓Eating healthy doesn’t automatically mean you’re in a calorie deficit. 🍳 Breakfast isn’t essential if it doesn’t fit your routine. 🍻 Your weekends still count towards your weekly calories. 🎯 You can’t choose where your body loses fat first. ✅ The best diet is one you can stick to consistently. You don’t need to punish yourself to get results. Understand your nutrition, train consistently, stay active and give yourself enough time. The goal isn’t just to lose weight. It’s to build a lifestyle where maintaining those results doesn’t feel like another challenge. #gymreel #diettips #nutritiontips #relatable by @szymon.fit
October was a busy one, with a week of travelling, a neck spasm and a chest infection all thrown into the mix. Safe to say, training took a bit of a hit this month, but not every month goes to plan🤷🏻‍♂️ Back to routine and ready to finish the year strong! Christmas vibes incoming😮‍💨 by @szymon.fit

Getting your calorie target is the easy part. Knowing what to do with that number as your body responds is where things get interesting. And that’s exactly why understanding nutrition matters more than blindly following a meal plan. I’ll be breaking this down and much more in my FREE Nutrition Fundamentals Workshop this Monday, October 26th. Golden vines at dusk. Time slows with each glass of wine. And nowhere to be. by @szymon.fit
Staying lean while working a 9–5 and building a coaching business🤟🏻 Around 2,500 calories, 200g+ protein, and meals that are simple enough to repeat even on my busiest days. Nothing fancy. Just whole foods, plenty of protein, and a bit of structure. The key isn’t eating exactly what I eat. It’s understanding how to structure your own nutrition around your goals, preferences and lifestyle. That’s exactly what I’ll be breaking down in my upcoming FREE Nutrition Fundamentals Workshop. DM me WORKSHOP and I’ll send you the details 📥 #nutritiontips #dieting #fulldayofeating by @szymon.fit
