POSTS STORIES REELS

Sometimes I look around the studio and realise how much work still needs to be done. 😣 More acoustic foam panels, a proper DJ booth, the ceiling and so many other things. The vision is there, I know exactly what I want, but everything needs money. It’s not easy, especially when you’re trying to build everything from the ground up. Some days the excitement is there, other days the budget reminds you to slow down. 🪫But I’m not giving up on this space. Piece by piece, step by step. One day I’ll look back and appreciate every struggle it took to build it. 🙏🏾🎛️ by @t.t_beats_rsa

Sometimes you’re too close to a project to really understand what you created. 🧩 That was me with this one. I never properly listened to the project when it dropped. 💽 I was too deep in the sessions Namabhuteri @driemanskap building, recording, producing, engineering and living through the whole process. Yesterday, I decided to sit down and listen from the first track to the last. 🔊🎧🔥🔥 And for the first time, I heard it as a listener. This is a classic. 🥇🏆💽 In my opinion, this is the best Hip Hop album to drop in SA this year. 🇿🇦💽🥇💯 I’m genuinely proud of the role I played in this project, carrying 90% of it as a producer and being part of the sound from beginning to end. This is bigger than just another project. This is part of the catalogue. Part of the journey. Part of the legacy. Straight to the books. 📚🫱🏾‍🫲🏼💯 by @t.t_beats_rsa

My setup 2020 vs. NOW. 🎚️Built it from what I had, upgraded along the way, and kept going. The journey is part of the story. I honestly wish more artists would take the time to learn 📝 from producers and understand the importance of investing in their music career. Invest in your sound. Invest in your craft. Invest in your development. If you’re afraid to invest in what you’re building, you have to ask yourself how serious you really are about it. Don’t just ride the wave because everyone else is doing it. Build something you actually believe in. Nobody is coming to save you if you’re not serious about your craft. You have to take that responsibility for yourself and put the work in. Your career is an investment, not a trend. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏼 by @t.t_beats_rsa
