Kagami at @finalbout 9 @ta2d1 @jakey.jpn @sean_skg @carshopkagami by @ta2d1

This was a huge heartbreaker for me. This car taught me to drive with my son. It’s not just a car to me. After this fire I thought it was cooked. Literally. It sat at another shop for 6 weeks. Hatch partially open, windows taped up. @jakey.jpn knew what this car means to me and we decided to pick it up. Some parts went missing somehow. Everything was in disarray. Fire extinguisher residue in everything. Wires melted under the dash and the engine bay. Plastic melted. @jakey.jpn and @theonewhowrenches put in work the last couple weeks…..and I am beyond happy to say that we are back!!!! They absolutely killed it. Swipe to see the “test” today. I just can’t stop smiling and I can’t wait to put it back on doors!!! Rest of the season should be this car and I can not fucking wait. Also, @sean_skg with the mad hustle saved a ton of it. And everyone who stopped to throw out fire extinguishers. Love you all. Totally saved the car. #fatherson #c6 #fire by @ta2d1

I can’t wait for our redemption run ✨ by @ta2d1

I guess I don’t even know what to say. It’s been an experience. I need to thank all of the dudes on track that stopped and were throwing fire extinguishers out their window to us. I wish I knew a way to contact all of you, but there were alot. I’m good. I gave @dazeddanielle a ride, she’s good. @sean_skg was in chase and literally jumped out and was on the fire before I was out of the car. I got her out and then myself. Flames inside of your car is no joke. @jakey.jpn got there and was running and commanding people what to do. Proud father moment for sure. He was extremely take charge. It was intense. Car is out for @finalbout so I’ll have to drive the hatch. A car I’ve driven once but guarantee we are throwing down and coming for first. We need it after this season. It’s been rough for us. Thank you to @_nickswann_ for always being a total badass and running the best events on the planet. I’m a bit off right now, but I needed to thank everyone. We also had @andrewbeecken and @a_straubel running hot pits and they were super badasses, man. Before the fire, they were on it. Tire changes, cooling the cars down. It all means so much to Jake and I. Right now I’m gonna drink some Jack, 💨 a little and take it in. And @robertredcloud with the last 2 videos. What he’s saying in the videos is how I felt. #drift #fatherson #help by @ta2d1
