From 280lb to 190lb, back up to 225lb, and as of today back down to 206lb! It’s been quite the ride with everything that happened in between those numbers, some days I honestly didn’t think I’d make it here physically or literally, but with the help of so many loved ones who supported me and picked me up when I was down, I can proudly say I get to inspire kinder souls and I’m happier for it! #changestartstoday 💪🌮 by @tacolarry47

An amazing back day compilation done by @xayizpharaoh consistency is tough, leaving home is tough, staying to workout after work is tough, but I’ll always say being 280 was waaaay fking harder mentally physically and in every aspect, choose your hard, a year is gonna pass anyways might as well start the work now and Stick. With. It!! #consistencyiskey #backdaydone✔️ #consistencyovercomfort by @tacolarry47
Often by the time we need the ability it’s far too late to train for it as much as I love traditional strength training I think this is just as important! I don’t train just to take pretty pictures though I like to for myself, I train to protect myself, my family, my loved ones, and anyone else in my presence.. I refuse to let myself become a victim to anything but the circumstances I put myself in! Get strong, get mobile, get able, it starts today! #fitnessmotivation #callesthenics #traindifferent by @tacolarry47
