THURSDAY RND ::: TACOS AL VAPORRRRR Prime angus barbacoa, warm salsa tatemada, caramelized white onion, and crema Growing up, this is what grandma would make after the Saturday or Sunday morning barbacoa. She would lay out the tortillas to cool, cool down the barbacoa, then roll the two into taquitos and steam them with a little additional fat from the beef. That was lunch or dinner for the next day. It’s simple but incredibly delicious and something that everyone should try! Available while supplies last. You’re going to need a form and knife for these. V-messy. by @tacosvalentina
We get it. Saturdays… you sleep in and you take your time. It’s 10am and you’re thirsty because it’s hot out (so drink your water) but then you feel it, you’re hungry. Starving. So we’ll be here. With this brand new Brunch-style burger called “El Pato” because after years of searching.. we found it … duck bacon. Slapped it on a burger patty with a fried egg and a whole hash brown. Some saucy pepper sauce on bottom with American cheese. This along with some coffee from @blackhouse_casanegra (our resident weekend coffee pop-up) it’s what you’ll want to do every weekend.
