The time to speak up is now. #ACLUpartner
🚨Editorial: La historia de Estados Unidos es la historia de los inmigrantes. Este país no se construyó solo. Fue el esfuerzo y el sacrificio de quienes vinieron antes que nosotros lo que hizo de EE. UU. lo que es hoy. #ACLUpartner @aclu_nationwide
$200M of taxpayer money spent on anti-immigrant ads that fuel hate. #ACLUPartner to fight for justice and unity @aclu_nationwide
I need you all to call your Senators and Representatives and tell them to support the National Guard Proper Use Act in the House and The Military in Law Enforcement Accountability Act in the Senate! The US is a nation of immigrants, and the Constitution, not the president, defines who is a citizen #ACLUPartner
It’s really everyone — not just noncitizens or undocumented people — who are in danger of having their liberty violated in this kind of mass deportation machinery,” said Cody Wofsy #ACLUPartner @aclu_nationwide

On Tuesday, I joined advocates, allies, and @aclu_nationwide at the Supreme Court to show up for trans youth as the court heard two cases about trans students’ rights to play sports with their peers. Here’s your reminder of what I’ve been saying for years. Trans young people play sports for the same reasons all kids play sports: to do something they love, have fun with their friends, and be a part of team! What message do you have for trans youth? Learn more and find out how you can show your support at the link in my bio. #ACLUPartner
Freedom belongs to everyone — not just a few. And the freedom for trans Americans to live as their true selves is under attack. Join the @aclu_nationwide in Washington, D.C. on May 17th for the unveiling of the Freedom To Be Monument — a powerful tribute to trans joy, resilience, and community. RSVP today! #aclupartner #FreedomToBe #transjoy
The Supreme Court is about to decide who gets to be a citizen. For more than 100 years, the rule has been simple: if you’re born in the United States, you’re a citizen. That’s the 14th Amendment. Now the Supreme Court is being asked to decide whether a president has the power to end that. This case could reshape what citizenship means in America and who gets to belong here. Watch the video, then sign the petition in my bio. @aclu_nationwide #aclupartner
SCOTUS’s decision on U.S. v Skrmetti is devastating but not the end. Trans people aren’t going anywhere – and neither is the fight for our rights. #ACLUPartner #transgender #transhealth #usvskrmetti
I’m partnering with the ACLU to call attention to the fact that we’re even debating whether a president can override a constitutional amendment — something that should stop everyone in their tracks. Birthright citizenship isn’t a policy preference. It’s written plainly into the Fourteenth Amendment. Treating that text as optional, or subject to executive discretion, doesn’t just threaten immigrants. It destabilizes the legal foundation of everyone’s citizenship. This case matters not because people disagree about immigration, but because constitutional limits on power only exist if we’re willing to defend them.
