🔥 Hot engines don’t care how experienced you are. Respect the heat every single time.
Turbine engines can stay dangerously hot for HOURS after shutdown. Cowlings, exhausts, and oil lines are all burn hazards long after the aircraft goes quiet. Thermal gloves aren’t optional, they’re essential.
Cool down first. Always. ✈️
