Tonight the county commission adopted a sliding scale for summer programs at county community centers which will make programs free for most families. I added an amendment making county fitness centers free for teenagers. We previously charged $75 per year. When we keep kids out of trouble and offer productive activities they can afford we save money and lives. #bernco #bernalillocounty
