For years, I’ve found pieces of myself in the ocean, on mountain trails, and in every challenge that asked me to go a little further. So being invited to the Asia Pacific Defender Trophy Qualification in Kaohsiung, Taiwan feels incredibly special, not just because of what it is, but because of what it represents for me personally. Endurance, navigation, teamwork, and purpose, it’s the kind of challenge that feels close to everything I’ve been building along the way. And the fact that Defender Trophy is also tied to conservation makes it even more meaningful. A new challenge, a new place, and another reminder that the wild always has a way of calling me forward.

Day 2 of the Defender Media Experience in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
We took the Defender 110 out for a drive, through small towns, the highway and even climbed up a dirt track - in other words, driving it the way it was designed and engineered! And without any hesitation, the Defender 110 performed admirably at every occasion.
The car we were assigned to was the P350 diesel variant, which our market won’t be getting; nevertheless, it still showed how multi-talented, solid but refined it can be as a daily driver.

We headed to Kaohsiung, Taiwan for an exclusive meet-and-greet with the highly limited Defender 110 Trophy Edition! Only a handful of them will be produced, and we heard Singapore has been allocated just ONE unit - so if you really want, you need to be quick…
However if you can’t get your hands on it, there’s still the ‘regular’ Defender; now with cosmetic and equipment update for 2026.
