AKURE FLYOVER: PROGRESS SHOULD NOT MEAN AVOIDABLE PAIN! 🚧
The flyover project is important, but the daily stress, traffic and hardship motorists are going through could be greatly reduced with better planning.
If the service roads were in good condition and properly prepared, many of these pains could have been avoided. Government should urgently do the needful by fixing and improving alternative routes to ease the pressure on motorists.
And where possible, some major construction activities can even be carried out at night to reduce the heavy disruption and stress experienced during the day.
Development is welcome, but proper planning should make development easier for the people—not unnecessarily painful.
Akure motorists are enduring enough. The time to act is now!
What do you think government should do immediately to reduce the suffering? 👇

I first met you in 2010, when Aunty Toyosi Adesanya was coordinating a production at Ijapo Estate, Akure. Aunty Ologbese told you somethings about me, and you immediately offered me advice and invited me to Lagos. Unfortunately, because of my job I couldn’t relocate.
The last time I saw you was at Odunfa, during one of Aunty Ologbese’s productions. Aunty said, Wa kí awọn ọga ẹ. I was shy and trying to hide, but you recognized me immediately, hugged me, and greeted me warmly.
Igi tó da ki n pẹ nigbo. May the Lord forgive all your shortcomings and grant you eternal rest.
