自分が出した足の上までに顔があればパワーは耐えられるが足から前に行けば行くほど力ははいらなくなる
日本人のタックルは前回の投稿にも書いた様に腰と頭が平行し勢いに任せて突っ込むスタイルがほとんど。
低く突っ込めばいいと言うものではない。
大きい相手だからこそ自分のパワーポジションでつっこむ。
そしててこの原理か遠心力のタックルで倒す。
それがタックルジャンキー流のタックル。
オールブラックス の選手もやってるし
レスリングでもやる顔をあげるは次の行動に移す為でもあるしハンドオフをかわす事、オフロードを防ぐ事、進行方向、周りの状況確認色々できるんです。
ただ突っ込めばいいタックルは大怪我しますよ。

Having your process nailed gives you the best opportunity to win the hit. Which is the most important part of the scrum.
Everything you do before the hit is leading to the hit.
Also working within smaller teams is a great way to dial in at scrum time.
