Arizona really has it all🌲🥾
🚮 Please remember to Leave No Trace and be respectful of the lands you are on. Pack it in, pack it out!
Need to know⬇️
🎟️ Pacheta Falls is on the White Mountain Apache Reservation. You NEED a permit to go to this waterfall and they’re available seasonally. They told us they won’t be available in September. We suggest calling in advance. The permit is $45 a person. We purchased ours at Hon Dah Outdoor Sports store off Highway 260 just south of Pinetop. You must have the permit on you at ALL times. A ranger did check while we were driving to the waterfall
🚙 The waterfall is extremely remote and is over 2.5 hours from Pinetop. It’s about 1.5 hours from Thompson Trail. The road is narrow, rough at times, and overgrown. You need 4wd and high clearance to navigate these roads
📱🚫 There is no cell phone service on the roads to get to the waterfall. We recommend downloading digital maps ahead of time for offline use. It’s easy to get lost. We used Google Maps and OnX Offroad. Both weren’t fully accurate
🥾 Springs Trail in Pinetop. This is a 3.6 mile loop. This trail is only 7 minutes from corduroy
🐕 Dog friendly but must be kept on leash
🪧 The trail is well marked with signs
🚽🚫 No toilets at trailhead

If Cardiac Canyon isn’t on your bucket list… it should be.
Tucked within the sacred lands of Antelope Canyon, Cardiac Canyon is a hidden gem—only accessible through Taadidiin Tours, the Navajo-owned company entrusted with sharing this part of the canyon’s story.
This tour is exclusive, intimate, and off the beaten path—offering hours of exploration in a section most visitors never get to see. With towering slot walls, light beams, and silence that feels like ceremony, it’s a spiritual and physical journey that leaves you breathless in the best way.
The land you walk has been stewarded by the Taadidiin family for generations, with roots tracing back to Hastiin Taadidiiní, whose story echoes through the canyon walls. When you book this tour, you’re not just witnessing beauty—you’re walking through history, guided by those who know it best.
Booking is limited to ensure the canyon stays protected. Plan ahead and prepare for some light climbing—it’s called “Cardiac” for a reason.
Reserve your spot at www.antelopecanyon-x.com and experience a canyon that speaks straight to the heart.
