Exploring Upper Squamish and the Ashlu Creek
Healing in Nature | A Cinematic Journey at Ashlu Creek (Squamish, BC) #canada #cinematic #healing #soundofnature #river
✨ “Healing in Nature” is a cinematic short film capturing the soul-restoring power of Ashlu Creek in Squamish, British Columbia. Flowing water, wild forests, and quiet steps become a meditation on presence, surrender, and renewal.
This film is created with deep respect and gratitude to the Squamish Nation, on whose ancestral and unceded lands Ashlu Creek flows. The voices of the water, forest, and mountains have always belonged here first, and it is in their spirit that this journey is shared.
In this cinematic meditation, walking along the creek becomes more than movement — it becomes healing. The rhythm of water mirrors the rhythm of breath. The forest whispers remind us: we are not separate from nature, we are nature.
🎥 Shot on location in Squamish, BC, this film blends poetic visuals with the energy of stillness — inviting you into a state of peace, reflection, and deep connection.
