My bride came to me with Anna Sawai as her bridal makeup inspiration, not because she wanted to recreate Anna’s makeup exactly, but because she felt Anna’s eyes looked the most like hers. For me, it’s about understanding your eye shape and knowing exactly where to place the lashes, liner, shadow and definition to open and lift the eyes while still making you look like you. For this look, we paired soft glam Asian bridal makeup with luminous skin, defined eyes and polished Hollywood waves for a modern Eastern meets Western bridal finish.
