Sixty years of serving Astoria, and this classic diner is still as iconic as ever! @belairediner opened in 1965 and has been run by the Dellaportas family since 1996. Over the years it’s been featured in countless TV shows and pop culture moments, most recently on Daredevil: Born Again. We stopped by and enjoyed a French toast breakfast with an excellent Elvis inspired sandwich. Finishing the meal with an extra sweet treat, I got Bulleye’s now infamous banana milkshake which was every bit as great as the sharpshooter said it is. whether a New Yorker or a visitor, Bel Aire Diner is a great stop for excellent food and decades of history!
