2 MONTHS POST OP 🍒 Officially can say I’m back to NORMAL! No restrictions, incisions are 100% healed, and I feel so confident and happy. I had a little scab that kept falling off and re healing in the T area of my incisions but that’s finally all closed and everything looks amazing. I am fully cleared and back to working out!🥰 I’m waiting another 1-2 weeks for chest specific workouts just to be extra cautious. So far I’ve had no issues, pain or discomfort working out!  I am so happy to ditch the wedge pillow and go back sleeping on my side! Again, no discomfort or issues with that!  They have dropped even more and look so natural. Every single thing I told @gavindrymd I wanted….he delivered. I couldn’t ask for better results. Wearing shirts I never felt comfortable wearing before is so fun and exciting and such a confidence booster. It’s so nice not having to even think twice about a top and if it’s gonna work in the chest area!
