Just wrapped up Face to Face… and here I am, somewhere up in the sky in the Emirates A380 lounge, getting ready for the next gig. ✈️🎭
One performance ends, another opportunity waits. Every role teaches you something, every experience shapes you, and the journey keeps moving.
No big speech. Just a thought while I’m up here… keep showing up, keep learning, and stay open to whatever role comes your way.
Because for an actor, the work never really stops. ❤️
What’s next? Let’s see where this journey takes me.

The power of PEM in performance!
PEM actor and instructor Enna Blake talks about filming an emotionally intense scene with 🌟outstanding🌟 results!
Emotionally intense scenes don't have to be exhausting, draining or damaging to your wellbeing. When you have a clear, precise and technical way to come in and out of emotion - big emotion can be fun and even energising! You can repeat take after take and night after night, all without needing to exploit your personal psyche and still maintain the aliveness of the energy.
Great work Enna - we can't wait to see the results! 🤩
