Just in 🚨 United pilot calmly declares a Mayday after flight control panel problems forced the crew to hand fly a Boeing 757 without the autopilot. The aircraft had only recently departed Newark when the crew reported issues affecting the flight control panel and requested an immediate return. Despite the emergency declaration, the pilots remained remarkably composed throughout the radio calls.
