RTAG Aviation Conference 2026 🧑‍✈️👩‍✈️ What an incredible experience meeting new people, spending time with friends, and continuing to build into the person that I want to become. We started the day at a meet and greet with a major airline that went really well! With every single conference I go to, I get a little bit better and a little less nervous for these meet and greets. REPETITIONS BABY, that's what it takes. Once the expo hall opened up to civilians, the first stop was @spitfireelite to make sure my resume was looking dialed before going to any airline booths. You want to make sure you are bringing the best version of yourself to those booths EVERY SINGLE TIME. After that, I went to the booths of all the major airlines. Check out my previous videos if you want to see my takeaways from these booths. Overall, my take on the industry is very positive. Pretty much all the airlines are hiring, and they seem to be hiring a lot. Biggest thing for the majors seems to be Turbine PIC, and biggest thing to standout for the regionals seems to be degree, no failures, and decent multi time. For anyone working toward the airlines right now, don't underestimate the value of showing up, asking questions, and putting yourself out there. I have what many would call a Dream Job. I travel all over the US attending airshows. Recently I reconnected with my good friends Hey Joe and Mooch. Mooch does the same thing I do here. Last week at McConnell’s airshow I got to talk with my Tanker Peeps, particularly graduates of the KC-135 Weapons School. An institution I helped create. Since a five year old kid standing at the LAX runways, I knew my passions was aviation and being a pilot. Is aviation your passion?
