We just love our secret garden! Ok, it’s not secret but it is a hidden gem in York. Today has been beautiful. Easter at the Bar Convent is always a special time. With the Arma Christi back on display from the 28th March to 11th April make sure you add a visit to our exhibition onto your list. Gertrude Jekyll inspired 120ft double herbaceous borders, rose garden and woodland walk. Large, restored kitchen garden with rill, fountain and large glasshouse which produces fruit and vegetables for the Hall’s commercial kitchens.
