Kwame Ture argued that capitalism survives not only through economics, but through powerful ideas that persuade people to accept inequality as opportunity. He challenged the belief that everyone has an equal chance to achieve wealth, arguing that capitalism is fundamentally built on exploitation—where those who perform the labor often receive only a fraction of the value they create, while others profit from their work. Drawing on the history of slavery, Ture pointed to one of the clearest examples of labor enriching those who did not perform it. He argued that if Black people received the full fruits of the labor extracted from their ancestors, the economic landscape of America would look very different. Ture also rejected the idea that capitalism is the only path to development. He pointed to countries pursuing socialist models as evidence that societies could industrialize and improve living standards through alternative economic systems. Perhaps his sharpest critique was aimed at consumer culture. Despite America’s immense technological and scientific capacity, he argued that products are often designed to wear out rather than last—forcing people into endless cycles of consumption. In his view, this revealed a system that prioritizes profit over human need. Whether one agrees with his conclusions or not, Kwame Ture’s critique remains part of a broader debate about capitalism, labor, inequality, development, and who ultimately benefits from economic growth. #KwameTure #BlackPower #PanAfricanism #Capitalism #BlackHistory

🚨🔥 NATIONAL ALERT: RACIST REDISTRICTING IS REAL 🔥🚨 Although you learned about it in Texas when we quorum broke, this is a NATIONAL plan. Trump and his followers are executing Project 2025 right now to steal seats, divide Black and Brown communities, and dilute our voting power. It’s already happening in: 📍 Texas 📍 Florida 📍 Missouri 📍 Georgia 📍 Tennessee 📍 Louisiana Stay tuned — because it’s coming to more states near you. Black people – PAY ATTENTION. BEWARE. This is about stripping away Black Congressional power, seniority, and civil rights gains. I’ll fight for you in Congress like I fought for you in the quorum break. I’m unapologetic in defending Black and Brown power. 👉🏾 Please LIKE, FOLLOW, SHARE, and DONATE today at JolandaJones.com Because knowledge is power. ✊🏾🗳️💡 #RacistRedistricting #ProtectOurVote #BlackPower #CivilRights #Project2025 #StayWoke
