The friction generated when these balls are spun at high speeds makes for extremely efficient and well refined chocolate. What’s being transferred is 100% chocolate (cocoa liquor) that was refined in a separate larger ball mill. We then transfer it to a secondary smaller mill where we will finish the job by adding sugar, and milk or fruit powders depending on the flavor.

مراحل اجرای سازه بالمیل:

• خاکبرداری و بررسی مقاومت خاک.
• اجرای فونداسیون عمیق و استفاده از بتن با مقاومت بالا.
• نصب آرماتورهای تقویتی و رعایت دقیق جزئیات نقشهها.
3. اجرای سازه اصلی:
• قالببندی دقیق برای بتنریزی.
• بتنریزی با کنترل کیفیت بالا (استفاده از افزودنیها برای کاهش جمعشدگی و افزایش مقاومت).
• نصب صفحات و بیس پلیتهای مخصوص برای تراز کردن بالمیل.
4. اتصال و نصب بالمیل:
• تراز کردن دستگاه با دقت بالا.
• استفاده از سیستمهای ضد لرزش برای کاهش انتقال ارتعاش به سازه.
5. کنترل و تست نهایی:
• بررسی استحکام سازه پس از نصب بالمیل.
• اجرای تستهای لرزش و بارگذاری.

🛞 The Cylinder (Shell): The heart of the machine. This is the large, rotating drum that holds the material and grinding media (balls).
🛡️ Liners (Lining Plate): The inner armor of the cylinder. These protect the shell from wear and tear and also help lift the grinding balls for optimal impact.
🔴 Grinding Media (Balls): The real heroes! These are the hardened steel balls (or other materials) that do the actual grinding through impact and friction.
📦 Feed & Discharge Ends: The entry and exit points. The feed end introduces the raw material, while the discharge end lets the finished product out.
⚙️ Girth Gear & Pinion: The powerhouse couple. The motor drives the pinion gear, which meshes with the massive girth gear encircling the mill, causing it to rotate.
