Druski consistently delivers — expect him to show off and let those vocals soar 😭 via 📺: BET Awards Druski took the stage at the 2026 BET Awards on June 28, lighting up the Peacock Theater with his dynamic energy. As the show’s youngest host at age 31, he transformed the evening into an expansive Druski-style sketch with full comedic charm. Unforgettable Moments from the Evening • Kick-off sketches: Live tryouts for Coulda Been Records featuring Durand Bernarr, hilarious mega-church antics, and spontaneous audience engagement. • Classic misdirections: Pulled the ol’ Houdini with JAY-Z’s anticipated entrance during Ice Cube’s intro for Baby Keem — a signature Druski move. • Celebrity banter: On-stage shout-outs galore, with Keke Palmer playfully grabbing the mic while introducing Cardi B, teasing that she should’ve been the host, plus comedic interludes with Martin Lawrence. • Performances & ambiance: T.I., Don Toliver, and Yung Miami had the crowd in harmony, all punctuated by trademark street smarts and chuckles. Druski hyped the event with his trademark promo antics, complete with costumes and staged announcements, locking in viewers for a night filled with comedy and the usual “he’s hilarious, but can he really host?” discussions. Overall, the show was packed with meme-worthy moments, Coulda Been Records nods, and raw humor. Druski’s unique brand of comedy made the 2026 BET Awards a night to remember, blending laughter with unexpected twists and colorful performances. #viral #fyp #foryou #foryoupage #explorepage

With the BET Awards celebrating another year of Black excellence, it’s only right to revisit one of the ceremony’s most unforgettable moments. In 2010, Chris Brown paid tribute to Michael Jackson with a performance that honored the artistry, influence, and legacy of the King of Pop. As the tribute unfolded, it became more than a dance routine…it became an emotional celebration of an icon whose impact continues to shape music and performance around the world. Years later, this tribute is still remembered as one of the defining moments in BET Awards history and a powerful reminder of how Michael Jackson’s legacy continues to inspire generations of artists. 🏆 What’s the greatest BET Awards performance of all time? #BETAwards #ChrisBrown #MichaelJackson #KingOfPop #BETAwards2026

The 2021 BET Awards delivered a quintessential, high-energy return to live entertainment at the Microsoft Theater on June 27, 2021. Hosted with effortless command by Taraji P. Henson under the powerful banner “Year of the Black Woman,” the ceremony marked a triumphant, roaring comeback for major award shows in front of a live, mask-optional audience. From Megan Thee Stallion dominating the night with four wins and unleashing the very first television performance of “WAP” alongside Cardi B, to Lil Nas X shutting down the stage with a jaw-dropping, headline-making kiss during “Montero,” the night was packed with unforgettable moments. The emotional peak belonged to a powerhouse tribute honoring the late, great DMX, while Queen Latifah accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award in a moving celebration of cultural royalty. Amidst the chaos, star-studded performances, and fierce competition—including Silk Sonic taking Best Group and Giveon winning Best New Artist—the night stood as an unapologetically Black, triumphant snapshot of modern music history.

Ain’t no way Druski interrupted Ice Cube at the BET Awards to do his JAY-Z impersonation 😂😭 Druski hosted the 2026 BET Awards tonight and turned Ice Cube’s Baby Keem introduction into a whole fake JAY-Z entrance. Cube came out to introduce Baby Keem, then Druski cut in with the all-black fit, shades, fro, and Hov voice, “They can’t cancel me, I’m the answer G,”, clearly playing off JAY-Z’s new look from Roots Picnic. JAY-Z had just debuted the Afro after years of locs, and Beyoncé/Cécred recently dropped the behind-the-scenes video showing the whole hair transformation with Blue Ivy involved too. Druski really turned the BET Awards into one big live skit tonight 😭

On this day in MJ HIStory (June 28, 2009): The BET Awards turned into a MJ tribute show after MJ's death just 3 days before the show. New Edition opens the show performing a medley of Jackson 5 hits. Artists that were on the show originally adjusted their performances to pay homage. Ne-Yo performed The Lady in My Life, Ciara covered Heal the World and host Jamie Foxx sang a rendition of I'll Be There with Ne-Yo. Jaime Foxx hosted the show and also wore several MJ outfits throughout the night. Janet Jackson made a surprise appearance to thank the audience and fans for their support on behalf of the Jackson family. #michaeljackson #betawards #janetjackson #kingofpop #mjforever
