IS IT THEFT or is it the sharing of pooled knowledge. Learning a new and simple TOP TIP regardless of it sauce is a gardening creator’s dream. Brian on Beechgrove last Friday did this within a feature that was almost a throw-away comment, blink and you might have missed it. However, adapting it into a reel is a real treat…ENJOY #wateringseedlings #wateringhack #wateringtips #gardeningknowledge #beechgrove @gingergairdner @hawswateringcans @beechgrove_garden

Indiana’s attempt at property tax reform last year has some officials worried their city may not exist in a decade, Deputy Opinion Editor @JacobstewartIndy writes in his latest column.
The new law took away local income tax revenue dedicated to public safety and ignored the unique circumstances of some excluded cities in Marion County, Stewart argues.
Tap the link in the @indystar bio for more on what Stewart says could happen to Beech Grove and other excluded cities.

Something I see business owners get caught up in all the time is satiating that need to “go viral”
AND while I know vanity metrics have been distracting people for YEARS, I also know that remembering the point of what they’re doing always brings them back to what’s truly important.
So let me help you with this today ❤️
Why are you here?
What are you trying to accomplish?
What’s your goal with creating content on Instagram?
If you’re solely a content creator/influencer OR a business owner crushing your sales & you want to focus on growing your following, this is not for you.
You keep doing your thing 👌 & follow @shannonmckinstrie 🔥
If you are a business owner, typically your goal is to convert your efforts here to sales, right?
So while going viral would get your business in front of more people, does this officially bring you more money?
It could, for sure 👌 but it’s not guaranteed.
What ALWAYS works is creating content that resonates with your ideal client or customer.
So for me, instead of looping Reels, trying to “trick the algorithm”, & praying I go viral..I create content I know will help my person.
If it goes viral, cool 😎
If it doesn’t, also cool 😎 because that was never & will never be my goal.
Yes there are best practices I follow due to years of experience in social media marketing and I stay up to date on what kind of content is working, but NEVER is it my move to trick or hack the system.
My effort is focused on getting my message the MOST CLEAR it can be, delivered in the MOST CLEAR way, so that my person can learn, understand, or connect with me.
Hacks, trends, and tricks will come and go.
But nailing down your messaging and learning how to speak to your ideal client or customer here?
It’s far more valuable than going viral.
(Believe me, last year I made almost 6 times what I made as a teacher 🤯 & I didn’t trick the algorithm once!)
Me & SO many others who market themselves on IG are proof that you don’t need viral content or large followings to see conversion here.
I will cheer with you anytime you go viral 🥳 just don’t make it your focus 😘
Drop a ❤️ if you needed this message!

Progress you can see — and feel.
Yesterday we shared a quick aerial look at the Beech Grove project… today, Ian breaks down one of the most important details: building out the future screened-in back porch by filling in the block wall with multiple loads of surge gravel and topping it with ¾” stone for proper grading and compaction.
Every step matters. Every detail builds the foundation for a home that lasts.

WISH-TV reported @kylarussellnews spoke with an Indianapolis mom says she is missing several items after she was evicted from a Beech Grove home and a packing company was hired to store her things. She was evicted in February after signing a fake lease.
“Mommy where’s our things at, why did they do that to our stuff?” the mother said. Those are questions her children have for her. Questions she does not have answers for.
