Beetroot rice Recipe⬇️ Heat coconut oil in a pan.Add chann dal ,peanut. Roast for few seconds.Then goes in onion.Saute till it cooks well .Add ginger garlic paste (little). Add turmeric powder,little chili powder,salt .Saute for a seconds. Beetroot pulav - Easy to make and delicious to eat ! Try it soonest ! The best part is that you can use leftover rice also to make this ! Here’s the easy recipe- For beetroot mix - Onion- 2 , sliced Beetroot - 2 medium , peeled and grated Ghee- 2 tbsp Jeera - 1 tsp Salt and black pepper to taste In a kadai , heat ghee and crackle jeera . Add the onions and sauté them till they are pink and soft . Now add the grated beetroot and mix . Add salt and black pepper powder . Mix, cover and cook till beetroot is soft . Keep aside . For the rice - Cooked rice - 3-4 cups Ghee- 2 tbsp Salt to taste Garam masala ( optional ) Fresh coriander and mint chopped , to garnish Add coriander, mint, ghee, salt and garam masala to rice. Mix nicely. Now add the cooked beetroot mix and mix with light hands . Beetroot rice is ready to serve with kadhi or raita . Enjoy! Cook until the onions start turning brown. * Then add beetroot. Saute for around 5-6 minutes or until the beetroot cooked properly. * Add the cooked rice and salt.
