Located at 646 Echo Street and 839 Boone Boulevard, these 52 units are the result of a partnership with Kronberg Urbanists + Architects to create “deeply affordable” housing that blends seamlessly into the historic fabric of English Avenue. By utilizing traditional masonry and vintage-inspired proportions, these developments reject the standard “cookie-cutter” apartment model in favor of a built environment that people actually want to live near.
And it’s more than just design: the units are reserved for residents earning between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income, providing a critical safety net in a neighborhood facing rapid price appreciation. The location is equally strategic, sitting within walking distance of both the Westside BeltLine Connector and the 16-acre Rodney Cook Senior Park, ensuring these residents have immediate access to the city’s best greenspace and transit infrastructure. 🚲
