I locked in a premature Buyer without listing, increased the property value for this block by $10,000, the buyer absolutely loves the product, and my private lender’s are paid in full plus interest.

It’s only taken me almost 19 years…but I’m finally trusting myself (most of the time!) when it comes to renovation/design choices.
There’s just SO many choices to make, it can become really overwhelming really quickly. Anyone else know what I mean?!
But with this renovation I fully decided to “go for it” and do what I wanted (not just what I thought a future buyer might like!) and boy oh boy do I love the final result if I do say so myself.
