I got interviewed by vice for an alternative segment but they dropped me because I didn’t fit the narrative they were going with. I said verbatim most of the time black ppl in the alternative community are overlooked. Deemed posers or trying to be β€˜white’. It’s hard to find a space to fit in that’s comfortable.
